Andresen refined his idea into what was to become the world’s first battery-powered patient lifter. His wife, a physiotherapist, provided valuable information about lifting procedures, strains and injuries associated with improper lifting, and the importance of proper technique to avoid aggravation of a patient’s condition.
Today, Molift continues to push the boundaries by introducing new and innovative means of safety transferring people in a comfortable and dignified manner while avoiding physical strain on the healthcare worker.
This is according to the vision of Hans Kasper Andresen, Molift’s founder, to create products designed for life.
Autumn 2010 Molift was aquired of Etac AB and are now a part of the
Etac company. Our goal is to continue to build Molift as a prefeered and strong international brand within moving and handling and technical medical equipment.
